Plan to arrive at Gate 12A at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (SR 444) by 5pm the day of the event, and register in the Tennis Club Parking lot by 5:30pm. We will start the riders at 30-second intervals beginning at 6 pm.
All participants are required to fully complete the Blue Streak waiver form, sign it, and mail it (or bring to TT if registered with online form) to arrive at least one week before the first event in which they compete. Only one (1) form is required for the whole year but you must register for each event. All riders must be registered and checked in before 5:30pm, even if they previously sent in the waiver form.
Online Waiver/Registration Form
An option if you don't want to submit the online form is to mail in this Printable Waiver/Registration Form as indicated on the form. If you don't mail in waiver (only use online form) bring a signed copy of the mail in form with you to the Time Trials.
If there is any question regarding receipt of your waiver form contact Chuck Smith
