| The DCC has social events throughout the year that allow members to meet and talk. We have an annual banquet that recognizes members accumulated miles. We also recognize members who have volunteered in the past year. Food, fellowship, and fun can be expected. Every summer, the club has a picnic for all members and their guests. This usually includes grilling out some food, games, and the annual "How can you torture a Twinkie" contest. We also sometimes have bike-ins around the area. These are usually setup along one of the bike paths to offer members a destination for a ride. We also encourage nonmembers to stop and learn more about the club.
